7 May 2005I’m standing in the shower again this morning, squirting shampoo onto my hand, and I’m thinking – “What, again?”
How much time passed since the last time I was standing in the same shower, rubbing chemical gunk through my hair. 24 hours? Really? What happened in those 24 hours? And in the 24 hours before that? And in the last two weeks? I can remember what happened, if I try, but every morning’s shower is the same. Nothing happened. Nothing changed.
Oh, well. At least it’s a new bottle of shampoo.

you shouldn’t wash your hair every day. it’s not good for it. every other day, or even just twice a week, is enough.

Goodness gracious, no!
Without a morning shower, I might as well somnambulate my way through the entire day.
Given my particular job, somnonambulate would be a better description.

If you really want it, you can always take two showers.
Make one of them cold water. That’ll stop you mambamambulating and using clever words.
