Ridley Scott is releasing Bladerunner: The Final Cut, the 7th different version of Blade Runner. No, there is no narration. Yes, there is a unicorn. No, I don’t really know what’s the damn point, but I’ll probably end up seeing it anyway. Probably won’t buy it, though.

Peter Jackson, who’s been doing New Zealand proud even before the Flight of the Conchords came along, is back with New Line Cinema for The Hobbit. Not directing, only producing alongside LotR co-producer Fran Walsh.
They’re spreading them over two movies, but I hope they’re not going to be 3 hours long each.

The Watchmen movie is still approaching as we dread. I like the casting choices for Moloch and Ozymandias. Still amused at Billy Crudup as Dr. Manhattan, especially since he looks nothing like he does in Almost Famous. No pictures of them in costume, I noticed.
