22 May 2005I like living in an age where I can sit on the toilet while reading the preface to Fukuyama’s “The End of History” on my cellular phone. There’s something… uplifting about it.

Because it’s interesting, even if clearly wrong.

Forgive me for asking the obvious, but how exactly did the preface get to your cellular phone?

Oh. You are truly surfing the web using your cellular phone.
Amazing Concept. Didn’t think anyone outside Asia was actually doing that.

So?
I’ve been reading the morning paper on my PDA for months now, sitting on the toilet. Sometimes for quite a long time, too.

Your PDA is a goddamn Windows machine. Mine is a measly little cellphone. It’s like I brag about running 10 miles, and you say you do it every day in your car. I’m killing myself for my art here!
