Christ on a stick!
I was looking for CDs of Lifter Puller, Craig Finn‘s pre-Hold Steady band, and was repeatedly failing.
Looked for them in used CD stores – no luck. Looked for them on the internet – no luck. Not to buy, not to download. Legally, illegally – nothing. Even Django’s, which I avoid buying from because of the old Jethro Tull fiasco, don’t have any in stock.

Finally looked for them on Amazon UK and was shocked by the prices people are asking for them – 66 pounds? 80 pounds? 166 pounds?!

This is ridiculous! Out of print, yes. Rare – maybe. Still, this is exorbitant!
